does one come up with $/sq feet?”
So many times we hear people
ask, "But what is the $ per square feet?" Generally speaking, so many
people just want to know what the cost is. Well, not a "news bulletin" here,
but it depends on what you put IN to the home. Regardless of your budget,
one needs to spend substantial time up front helping you decide what features should be in
your custom home. Based on your needs, you dictate what your cost per square
foot will be. Below you will find how 3 levels of a home (Bronze/Silver/Gold)
can create an expected cost range.
